Here are some foods, dont be Tricked ;)1. Yogurt covered raisins
2. Trail mix - usually has chocolate or candy mixed in, high cals

6. Granola bars - not all are created equal, make sure to read labels
7. Croutons - try putting some on a napkin,
they release oils just like potato chips

9. Anything that has the word organic in front of it, it doesn't make it low cal or low fat
10. Zucchini Bread - dont be fooled, eating a real zucchini and putting some scraps of it in batter doesn't make it healthy :( Sorry
11. Fruit Juice - usually sugar filled drinks
12. Granola- use in moderation, check labels, lots are loaded with sugar and cals
13. Taco Salad - Greasy Shell=Fat, just because it has lettuce does not make it healthyEnjoy-Melissa
